I stayed at this property for 5 nights,first night I had to beg for towels.If it’s all inclusive you should be able to get food without push around.The beach was beautiful,some staff was friendly,food was good.overall it was ok
Room and hotel was very clean. Staff remember our drunks.Food was very good.Will go back.
Staff was great, immaculately kept in rooms and grounds.

Customer service was great but need more English speaking staff because most tourist don’t know Spanish other than that it was great
