The staff was extremely nice and courteous. The grounds were well kept. We especially enjoyed the complimentary boat shuttle to the sister resort.

I really liked the room, it had an adobe feel with arched doorways and was very cool and comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. Where I was disappointed was in the concierge service and the restaurants. All of the restaurants were full when we arrived, there was no room for reservations. You could go early or late, but there was no guarantee there would be room for you at anything other than the buffet. Rooms were clean and staff was attentive and extremely friendly. Food was very good although not authentic Mexican. Drinks were strong and plenty. Their sister resorts (especially Sunset Royal) are also very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I stayed at this property for 5 nights,first night I had to beg for towels.If it’s all inclusive you should be able to get food without push around.The beach was beautiful,some staff was friendly,food was good.overall it was ok
