Nice small resort.
This All-inclusive resort is not what I'm use to, only 2 restaurants Hibatchi and Buffet available for All-inclusive, the entertainment was low budget, I'm use to performers in their costumes and acrobatics like a Las Vegas show everything here closes at 11pm. I felt like I was in a retirement home. Two weeks was too long for me, on Expedia booking page it said at check-in at resort only pay taxes which was $52, I end up paying $196 which covered $10 per day and sanitation fee, which I was not aware of this, I texted Expedia... read more
The resort is really small and the food is not that great. You are allowed to go to the sister hotel but your all inclusive does not apply there. The activities listed are not done either. The staff was super friendly

Personnel agréable
The staff was very friendly and property was aesthetically nice. The resort could have had more entertainment/ things for guests to do, more restaurants available (with the all inclusive package), a shuttle to the airport that is included, and overall just more for all inclusive guests that doesn’t charge extra.
For us, this was the perfect holiday. It's an all-inclusive, but without everything being so "full on" as you might find in larger resorts - perfect as a couple with a young child. It doesn't have everything, of course, but it has more than enough to be ideal for the 10 days we spent there. Good pool, tasty food, decent drinks and above all a group of people who never hesitated to make our experience enjoyable and memorable.
