Great Staff, Shuttle to oceanside Hotel every hour, small buffet; similar food everyday.
First time in Cancun and the experience was amazing. I didn’t know what to expect but i was amazed with the the resort, staff, food. I will definitely go again soon.
I didn’t like the drinks but everyone was really friendly.
Beautiful place, great bar tenders... food was good
Very cozy. Not a high rise. Our room and patio opened out to beautiful gardens and the lagoon.

Great location and service , could be better if the RCI members weren’t so pushy and wast 2 and 1/2 hours of your day trying to sell vacation share memberships.
One of the bathroom did not had hot water the first night we did not have bottled water
