The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very clean
El hotel esta bonito , la comida es rica , pero les falta mas instruccion al personal , llegue como a las 8 pm me cobraron un impuesto que supuestamente no estaba incluido en mi reserva , sin embargo en mi reserva decia impuestos incluidos , la recepcionista me dijo que la informacion sobre todo incluido y el mapa del hotel y actividades me la daria el concerge pero como eran las 8 pm ya no estaban los de concerge , encima nadie nos acompaño a la habitacion ,siendo un hotel bien grande con muchas habitaciones y por referncia... read more
Good property and great staff. The rooms are a little dated but we didn't spend much time inside. Super convenient to everything.
There are ***crocodiles**** in the laguna and the staff doesn't warn you until you see one of their few, not very well placed, signs. Our room was right in front of the laguna and neither front desk nor concierge told us anything. There are no signs in the lobby or on the way to the room and in the morning we walked outside and stepped right into the laguna without knowing. Friendly vibe food and music entertainment classes
Trip Advisor said A'HA Scuba was the best group to dive with (and they were right!), so we were looking for a nearby hotel in which to stay. The hotel that had A'HA Scuba was the Reel Inn/ Real Inn and it looked recently updated but small-- no restaurant. We stayed at Sunset Marina-- which ended up being next door-- a 5 min walk to A'HA. We stayed there b/c of the Food reviews online and were very pleased. The bar at La Pergola was so good that we honestly had trouble wanting to go anywhere else.
