Excellent room and helpful, friendly staff. Food was very average and bland. Not alot of choices. Excellent beach. Pool area was average
I almost like everything especially the entertainment @ night but it ends early@ 11 p.m. It would be nice If it ends @ 1 a.m. So with 0ne of the Restaurant .
Staff were wonderful property is beautiful and clean. Food was ok, overall a great experience definitely would return.
My first time to travel to Cancun and i loved Sunset Royal Beach Resort Hotel... because of the staffs, very friendly and helpful especially Nicanor who always lent a hand to greet and help me during my whole stay. Special mention to the part of Entertainment group especially Victor, very energetic and the life of the events what the Hotel offers... thumbs up Victor... I loved the property
The staff was AMAZING!!FROM THE CLEANING LADY,ALL THE WAY TO THE ENTERTAINERS AT THE POOL.ACTItivities were geared toward everyone including:young children,teenagers and the adults.The concierge David and front the desk employees were excellent.The food was great
Pros: on a beautiful white sandy beach. Location was great! Staff was wonderfull. Cons: food was not great, property is tired and needs remodeling.
