Overall, we had a good stay at the resort, but there are definitely areas where improvement is needed—especially when it comes to staffing and service. It was clear the resort is significantly understaffed. The restaurants on-site were decent, but service was consistently slow, particularly at dinner. We often had to wait just to be seated, even when tables were visibly open. It was disheartening to see the staff constantly rushing around, clearly overwhelmed and overworked. Great beach and beautiful views
This is a small resort. Only 202 rooms. Therefore activities are limited. There is only 3 restaurants. In the a'la carte restaurants there wasn't many vegetables or any fruit to choose from, just a few dishes had them. IMHO they could've used some different ideas for night time entertainment. They did have several good bands during our stay. They had activities for all ages. Even a playground for the kids. The food was delicious!! The staff were awesome!
