Nice staff, food is good, very comfortable atmosphere for vacations
Staff is wonderful and very helpful! Loved Ahmed our concierge with the huge smile every time we saw him. Rooms nice ,good variety of food. Great entertaining shows and activities. Only improvement i would suggest are cushions for the beach chairs which became uncomfortable after spending all day on the beach
The hotel was great no complaints.
A nice place with friendly staff, huge pool and fantastic beach. But the restaurant n the middle needs to close up its kitchen from view. The noise from the kitchen can be heard all through the hotel, at all hours of the day. A few solid walls would help immensely.
I love the resort, the staff was very kind and helpful at all times.
Service was outstanding, food was good. Proximity to beach was awesome.
They assigned me a room in front of the pool and right next to 1 of the restaurants, during the day until 6pm there was extremely loud noise due to the activities at the pool, and late at night around midnight because of the people dinning at the restaurant. Also early in the morning (5-5am) I could hear the music from the restaurant that started serving breakfast.
