I liked it’s beach front and the access to the beach, however I would probably not come back to this property again. The staff were friendly at times and not friendly most of the time, I have visited Mexico many times and everywhere I have stayed the hospitality service was always excellent, but that was not my experience with sunset royal. The room we stayed at had a moldy smell and we were placed right in front of a restaurant which seemed to me like it was lacking privacy. atención del personal muy buena , buena comida , buena ubicación en la zona hotelera, habitación muy amplia lo único malo del hotel fue la cama ,era muy pequeña en general todo estuvo bueno deben mejorar las camas
I liked that it was a smaller resort. The food was very good. The shows were also very good. What I didn't care for was the first floor rooms right off the dining room. Just don't think it's fair to whoever has to stay in them. So much dining room noise.
Lovely small resort I included pics of daily SCHED and restaurant menus. Very small resort. There is a sand wall where you can’t just walk down to the ocean. I would not stay here again for that reason. The staff are wonderful and gracious in every way. Ten minute walk to local fun area. $8-9 taxi cost. There are only two restaurants to order off the menu each night for all inclusive. Tasty food! There is a nightly theme buffet in the outdoor theater area, which is nice.
