Le personnel de chambre était serviable et répondait à nos demandes
Everything was great. The food , hotel service members and activities.
Estuve 7 días con mi esposo, en lo general las instalaciones son muy antiguas, les hace falta remodelar pero siempre todo estuvo muy limpio. Todo el personal son muy amables, te hacen sentir como reina, en especial 2 meseros del Aquarium, Gerardo y otro que lástima no recuero su nombre. Ambos siempre fueron muy serviciales y atentos. Recomendación, el hotel debe realizar más actividades para personas jóvenes. Por todo lo demás muy bueno el hotel.
Food is ok and staff is great. I think the beach was clean. The towel situation needs to be fixed a bit inconvenient everytime you get a towel you have to sign it out.
The staff were friendly amd and attentive. However the building is visible in a state of some disrepair. It clearly needs painting and other upkeep in several areas both inside and out. Some of the rooms also need to be updated as the decor and design are outdated and show clear wear and tare.
