Food is ok and staff is great. I think the beach was clean. The towel situation needs to be fixed a bit inconvenient everytime you get a towel you have to sign it out.
The staff were friendly amd and attentive. However the building is visible in a state of some disrepair. It clearly needs painting and other upkeep in several areas both inside and out. Some of the rooms also need to be updated as the decor and design are outdated and show clear wear and tare.
The hotel is not bad, my room was very nice and big, I had a beautiful view and even a little kitchen. The beach is awesome, the location is wonderful, just a short walk to the entertainment area. Most of the staff personnel were very nice and helpful, but not all. Food options were very limited, the worst I have seen, and I have been to many other all-inclusives. The food itself was not bad, I loved their fish and deserts, ceviche bar was nice on Friday, all the flavored water/ice tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Overall ... read more
