Estancia vacaciones Semana Santa Las instalaciones, la ubicación y el "todo incluído" muy bien, no se podría esperar menos dado lo que cobran. Parte del personal es amable, muchos no lo son (principalmente en el área del lobby y el valet parking). Reservamos 2 habitaciones con 1 mes de anticipación (en una sola reserva) y nos asignaron una en el segundo nivel y otra en el quinto, sin la más mínima intención de solucionar el pequeño inconveniente.

Nice hotel close to the beach and entrainment Nice hotel close to the beach and entrainment, but you can hear the outside noise in the rooms, so if you are planning to relax this is not the hotel for you. Food was excellent, customer service is ok

Hotel agradable all inclusive a orillas del mar El hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias aunque no es lujoso. Los buffets son poco variados pero de buena calidad y el snack en la alberca es una excelente idea. El área de playa es amplia y bien vigilada por salvavidas. Hacen una distinción entre socios y no socios pero los beneficios para estos últimos son pocos en realidad. Sehr Empfehlenswert! Der Service hat ab und zu mal die Getränke vergessen und können nicht so gut Englisch, aber ansonsten in ALLEN RICHTUNGENTOP!

Exelente ubicacion y muy Hermosa la playa El hotel tiene una una muy buena ubicacion en la zone hotelera,puedes caminar hasta Los antros la Playa es muy bonita y todo El personal es muy amigable y siempre con una sonrisa.

아름다운 해변의 호텔 정말아름다운 해변과 친절한 직원들 서비스에 감탄할것입니다. 다만 풀사이드바 부페가 조금 부실한것이흠이지만 해변만 처다보면 모두 잊게될것입니다. 가격대비 적극추천 드립니다.

Great hotel, on the beach & reasonably priced I have stayed at many properties in Cancun area including 5* hotels like Riu, Marriott. I was a little skeptical on my 1st day at Sunset Royal resort but later on became very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Sunset Royal is conveniently located in the Hotel Zone where shopping areas and night clubs are 10 minute walk, it is on the beach the food was good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming
