Food was not soo good... staff was friendly, no king beds in the entire hotel although they “offer it in Orbitz”
Overall this resort has some great people like, Javier Riviera Jesus, Francisco, Ariana- kids club, yoga and activity ladies that really do a great job taking care of you and your needs. As far as food, they change menu once a week in the restaurant and there really is not much difference between the two menus and the buffet is same almost every day. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was fine, but not amazing.
Everything BUT the food The rooms were alright. But the food from the “all inclusive” was tasteless and without any authenticity. Wouldn’t stay here again, or at least wouldn’t eat here again. The service was pretty good.
Nice hotel. Food was good!! Great staff. Room was a little dated but it was quiet & clean. My ocean view was great.
I liked it’s beach front and the access to the beach, however I would probably not come back to this property again. The staff were friendly at times and not friendly most of the time, I have visited Mexico many times and everywhere I have stayed the hospitality service was always excellent, but that was not my experience with sunset royal.
