Estadia agradável Bem localizado, funcionários muito atenciosos, limpo, tem 2 restaurantes agradáveis, boa piscina, vista muito bonita. Serviço de praia bom com atendimento de bebidas e snacks. Serviço de piscina com bons lanches feitos na hora, bebida, sorvete, etc. Serviço de barman agradável funciona até as 23:00 hs. Na nossa última noite no restaurante à la carte o gerente Samuel nos preparou um café Maia, foi propriamente um show e delicioso.
Food was not soo good... staff was friendly, no king beds in the entire hotel although they “offer it in Orbitz”
Overall this resort has some great people like, Javier Riviera Jesus, Francisco, Ariana- kids club, yoga and activity ladies that really do a great job taking care of you and your needs. As far as food, they change menu once a week in the restaurant and there really is not much difference between the two menus and the buffet is same almost every day. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was fine, but not amazing.
Everything BUT the food The rooms were alright. But the food from the “all inclusive” was tasteless and without any authenticity. Wouldn’t stay here again, or at least wouldn’t eat here again. The service was pretty good.
Nice hotel. Food was good!! Great staff. Room was a little dated but it was quiet & clean. My ocean view was great.
