It was my 1st time experience going to Cancun. We had just came back from our flight. Check in took a while. By then we were hungry. Then setting scheduling for covid test took another while. We might have ate about a 1 hour after we had arrived/stepping feet in that resort. Other than everybody was kind and attentive. The beach is beautiful and really close to the zone.

This property was spotless. The staff was extremely helpful and anxious to please, although a few had trouble with English. The beach was great with plenty of shade available, more than around the pool. Would have liked to see a little more variety of food at every location, but most of what was offered was good.
It was great but the food needs to change up once in awhile!!
