Beware of this company and their dishonest and unscrupulous actions. We had Will come out and give us an estimate last month. The pricing was good and we immediately decided to go with this company. I kept texting Will to let him know we wanted to move forward, but he was not responding to me. I finally called the office to complain and Will then calls me. The workers were fine and installed my fence in a blizzard. Come spring, the gates are uneven and will not close; I get it, snowstorm. BUT, we've called three times since spring asking to stop out and look.. We get the "sure, ill stop out this afternoon"... or "sure ...tomorrow" and then nothing. At this point, i am simply sharing in a review hoping the owners / operators take notice and stop ignoring me.
From the beginning of the quote to the finished install Superior was fantastic. My installers, Juan and Raul were amazing!!! I cannot say enough great things.
