Their customer service is a joke. We had marked out all of our irrigation prior to install. Still during the install they broke irrigation right at a post and failed to notify us. We’ve called them to come out multiple times, set up days for them to come out and repair the fence but no one shows up. They don’t care about fixing their mistakes if they aren’t getting money out of us.
Should be out of business. Bad Customer service
I called about buying a 1 foot section of chainlink fence for a repair patch. I was told they only sell fence if they are doing the install. I pleaded that its only a foot there was no install, and was told sorry but no. I spoke with two other fence contractors, Williams in Lakeland, and Walker's in Aurburndale. Both were happy to sell me a piece. Save time, energy and headaches. I do not recommend this fence company for the following reasons: First, all materials (back ordered) understandable. But then: The day of installation, I was called that they could not make it. The second time of installation, same story (they could not make it)due to delay with other work. RecommendedWe chose Superior Fence and Rail and the installers Richie and Don were fantastic. Excellent customer service, Respectful and Courteous to us and our Property from start to finish. We had the 6’ privacy vinyl with gates on the sides and the 6’ aluminum along the back of the property. Quality work.
Went with this company for my backyard. Fence looks great and was installed quickly! Definitely recommend Superior!
Often imitated never duplicated, very flattering that others try to set themselves up to our standards but they just don’t have the product or quality that we supply,

Had chain link fencing added to our back yard and was very pleased, from start to finish! Had an estimate done first, decided to make some changes, and they happily provided a new estimate. On installation day, I asked for an early meeting/start if possible...they were very accommodating.
