Gate fell off within two years ; I was told that they would not repair ; I was given the name & number of a different fence company that I called . The owner of that company said he used to work for Superior and they owed him “a lot of money” and that they should stand behind their “poor” workmanship and repair my gate

I told you we don’t do wood at present, and we don’t do repairs on wood, we offered over an alternative company who told you the same, and you decided to use defamation to try to get us to do something (R&S and I ) do speak, so unfortunately your lies have back fired on you, but I am sure you will find a handyman to help, have a blessed day,
They were professional, knowledable, and accommodating to my needs.
Terrible service. Ken Morrison was extremely rude. worker left holes under fence they put up. I had to cover holes so dogs can be let out. Made me work, what am I paying them to do? plus one of my sprinkler heads was under the fence. they didn't bother checking. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy. look for someone else.

Waited and waited and waited but understood there was no point in beating these guys up, when the day finally arrived we had a serious rain down pour, the waited for it to clear and they got out and another crew came over to help them, fantastic work
Liked the salesman liked the office girls and loved the installers, all round 10 out of 10,
Researched the hell out of my project and went with Superior. The reviews were unkind especially the one where the owner responded with we "cannot see under the ground.” I was a little perplexed that he broke it down into layman's terms as i am sure if they could see under the ground and they would not be selling the fence. Anyway 2 sprinklers on my neighbors yard that are mine and after a half hour saturday morning it was all fixed, Thanks Superior Fence.
We highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail. Jason was great in helping is figure out exactly what we needed, and walking us through the process. And Arve and the team that installed the fence were terrific. The fence looks great and will keep my family protected from a busy road for years. Thank you!
