It was a wonderful experience from the very beginning starting with free estimate from the salesman Sean, to the office staff including Stacey and Alison and right down to to the crew who made it happen-Adan and Luis. They scheduled us on a cancellation and then had another cancellation which moved up our install two weeks earlier! Superior was hired to install a wood fence in our backyard on January 20, 2021. During the installation Superior’s employees cracked open our sewer line and cut our internet service cables and refused to take any accountability or responsibility for their workers’ carelessness. The sewer line clean-out cap next to the home was clearly visible and less than 4 feet from the fence line. We had our wood fence removed and a new scalloped wood fence put in. They installed a beautiful new sturdy one for us in less than a day. I watched them working on it for awhile. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they worked. They did a great clean up afterwards!

So with all of the craziness happening in the world I thought this would be another crazy experience...however, I could not be happier with my experience here!!! We just had a white vinyl fence installed and we love it. From Scheduling to estimations to installation, they have truly lived up to their name- Superior. I would recommend them a thousand times over!!! Awesome Customer Service and Awesome Product!! Thank you Superior for this a suprinsingly wonderful experience.

Excellent job Davis, Lucas and team. Lucas makes sure it gets done correctly. He knew his stuff. I like the way they place their “Superior” sign on the finished fence. They don’t mind showing their product off. I’d recommend them.

I'd highly recommend the team at Superior Fence and Rail for any fencing project you undertake. From start to finish their team was extremely professional, efficient and the best value for the high quality work delivered. Kudos to Michael, Megan and the whole Superior team for a great experience. You can't go wrong with Superior!!!!
