Great installation and amazing customer service! I had a question about something and Stacey Milan, the client ops manager, was super responsive! All my concerns and questions were quickly taken care of, could not ask for better customer service! So happy I went with this company, would highly recommend them and really like the way Stacey followed up for me! Well done!

We chose to work with Superior Fence and Rail because the estimator said it would take 4 weeks from the day of his visit to install our fence. He said the partnership with Home Depot meant Superior always had items in stock. He assured us our choice of a split rail fence with welded wire was a basic, uncomplicated fence. On 8/30/21 Stacey texted me to say we could install on 9/7/21. Almost immediately, she corrected herself saying she didn't know when the wire would be in stock. Jeff Leedem was my sales rep and he was outstanding. He knew the material and put me at ease in making decisions. Stacey Milan was the office support who was also excellent. My fence looks fabulous. It has drastically raised the quality of my yard. Also, it is important to note that the onsite workers were very accommodating. After running into some unexpected concrete, they quickly adapted and showed us a new plan. It works beautifully. I will recommend this group to my friends.

I just wanted to let you know that Stacey is a Rockstar.  I was originally going to share a side of fence with my neighbor. When HOA did not approve it because they put the fence on the inside of their property line and not on the border of our properties,  I called my sales person and did a change order for that side of the fence.  Today was installation day and even though the drawing from the change order was right,  nothing else was including materials.  Needless to say I was upset. We needed a fence to give our young terrier a place to run off her unlimited energy while keeping her safe. ​Superior Fence and Rail was the third of three requests for quotes for that safe space for our puppy. We loved working with this company! Everyone we interacted with so pleasant and professional, from start to finish. Nathan was the one to come out and do our quote, and he was so incredibly thorough, helpful, and friendly.
