I spoke with Stacy Milan at Superior Fence and she said as a one time courtesy she would send out someone to replace all the bad boards. She told me the guy would contact me when he was coming. He showed up at my front door when I was not home at a doctors appointment. She messaged me saying that since I was not home for the one time courtesy I would have to pay for him to come to replace the boards. I have not had the fence a year. Wanted to let you know how much we are already enjoying our new fence that was installed yesterday. It looks great! James and Juan did a fantastic job. We were even talking about what a great job they did in cleaning up the excess dirt before they left. They are certainly an asset to Superior Fence. Also, we posted pictures on the Miller’s Creek Subdivision Facebook page of our new fence including what a great job Superior Fence has done. Hopefully, you might get a few calls from our subdivision.

Angel Tellez and his crew showed on the specified day/time and went about the job in a professional manner. They worked without pause from start to finish, and left the job site clean. They made sure that I was satisfied with the installation before they left. I later discovered that the gap between my house and the fence post was big enough for my pets to escape. Stacey @ Superior went above and beyond by having German come out to attend to the issue promptly! Thank you!!

I went to home depot for a fence. They sent a tech from Superior Fence to survey the property. All seemed to be well. Then when the crew showed up, they seemed lost and not sure what to do even though they had the drawings in their hands. I had to call Superior Fence and talk to them to understand what was going on. Finally i thought it was all taken care of and the fence was installed. It wasnt perfect but it was satisfactory so i thought. I could not be happier with Superior Fence in both their product and more importantly their service. I had my fence installed a couple years ago and had some issues out of their control due to a house being built right next to me. At that time Stacy was wonderful in hearing my concerns and adjusting to fit what was happening and help me out.
