I spoke with Stacy Milan at Superior Fence and she said as a one time courtesy she would send out someone to replace all the bad boards. She told me the guy would contact me when he was coming. He showed up at my front door when I was not home at a doctors appointment. She messaged me saying that since I was not home for the one time courtesy I would have to pay for him to come to replace the boards. I have not had the fence a year. Wanted to let you know how much we are already enjoying our new fence that was installed yesterday. It looks great! James and Juan did a fantastic job. We were even talking about what a great job they did in cleaning up the excess dirt before they left. They are certainly an asset to Superior Fence. Also, we posted pictures on the Miller’s Creek Subdivision Facebook page of our new fence including what a great job Superior Fence has done. Hopefully, you might get a few calls from our subdivision.
