I just wanted to let you know that Stacey is a Rockstar. I was originally going to share a side of fence with my neighbor. When HOA did not approve it because they put the fence on the inside of their property line and not on the border of our properties, I called my sales person and did a change order for that side of the fence. We loved working with this company! Everyone we interacted with so pleasant and professional, from start to finish. Nathan was the one to come out and do our quote, and he was so incredibly thorough, helpful, and friendly. The installers, team Navas, made my day today! To spite the frigid damp weather, they battled through it! Never failing to smile and confirm my satisfaction with their work throughout the process. My consultant was Shawn, though he tackled some trials of his own, he also made the experience great. The reassurance of knowing I can pick up the phone with any issues and they will be addressed, is priceless!

After researching the reviews I chose Superior Fence and Rail to have a new fence put in. I called and talked with Stacey, who was very helpful and answered my questions.
