The installers, team Navas, made my day today! To spite the frigid damp weather, they battled through it! Never failing to smile and confirm my satisfaction with their work throughout the process. My consultant was Shawn, though he tackled some trials of his own, he also made the experience great. The reassurance of knowing I can pick up the phone with any issues and they will be addressed, is priceless!

After researching the reviews I chose Superior Fence and Rail to have a new fence put in. I called and talked with Stacey, who was very helpful and answered my questions. She arranged to have the estimator come out. Shortly afterwards I received the estimate by email. I called Stacey and gave her the go ahead and she had Cristian and his crew come out. The Grande crew did a excellent job. I was very pleased.
Excellent customer service, wood quality and workmanship. Alex, Jesus, and Alfonso were well organized and did an excellent job building the fence. Shawn was great working with as well for estimate and follow up questions.
The work was performed on time and finished faster than anticipated. Quality of work was top notch. The team leader was very receptive to all questions and explained the work clearly.
Shawn was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Then later, Javi and his team did an outstanding time. They worked through extreme heat and did not take a break through the entire day. Each day they were here doing my fence, which has a very big backyard, they were respectful of me and my property.
