Superior Fence just completed my new wood fence about an hour ago. This was a pretty big job that involved tearing out an old wood fence and installing a new cap and trim fence. Very satisfied so far from the estimate and written proposal process handled by Wayne who was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about their products and services and clearly knew what he was doing, to the install that happened today. Contracted with Superior through Home Depot to install fence. We could not get a permit despite the assurances from Superior rep there would be no problem. And in fact he would get it done if we had a problem. We paid in full. And now Superior will not call or e mail. Had to challenge charge through Visa. Very shady.

I contracted Superior Fence through Home Depot. Home Depot estimated that it would take them three days to tear down my old fence and install a new one they did it in 12 hours. The fence looks amazing and we are extremely happy with it. Every member of the installation team was very approachable with questions and they were willing to take time out to explain what they were doing. Experience was fantastic. We went through Home Depot to get our fence and Home Depot was using Superior Fence. First step was to get a quote. A gentleman by the name of Ralph came out to our property and he was very professional and courteous. He ended up coming out about three times to redo the quote for me only because things kept changing on my end. He didn't miss a beat. Then came the scheduling for the installation. I've been trying to get a quote from them for almost a week since they came to my house to measure. Every time I call they tell me that there is nothing in the system and they would have the sales rep call me back which I have yet to hear from. When I call today, I was advised that there is still nothing and to try calling the sales rep directly. WHY ON EARTH IS THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER trying to track down the sales rep that was supposed to have a quote to them the next day when I would be the one spending thousands of dollar... read more

I had a new vinyl fence installed and they also removed my old wood fence. The entire experience was fantastic! They were able to schedule to have someone come out and provide a quote within a couple days of me calling. The man who came out (I'm bad with names) was extremely professional and courteous. He went over all the details and provided a quote that I found satisfactory for the fence removal and installation.
