I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Fence Superior. Dakota, who was supposed to oversee the installation, never followed up or ensured the work was completed properly or professionally. The first crew that came out was extremely rude and unprofessional. They left multiple panels with visible gaps, scratches, and uneven surfaces. One of the worst issues was a 4-inch gap on a gate post next to the house. When I requested it be fixed, I was told they had a "big job" to get to -- as if my project didn't matte... read more

I had a picket fence installed the pine pickets are twisted and bowed not sure why. Waiting for superior to fix.

Wouldn't give me a quote to fix 2 gates. Got place as is. Angie said they will give me a quote. They said NO. Cause they didnot install my fence

Hey Heidi, sorry for the misunderstanding with Angi's List- we do not repair fencing or attach to fencing that we did not install because we have a warranty on the fence- and we cannot warrant fencing we did not install. Had black aluminum fencing with 4 inches between vertical posts. Caps on main section (5 feet long). Two gates with key lock. I waited one year to post. Survived hurricane-- no damage. No sagging. Looks like the day they put it in! Got quote from one other company-- same price. Liked the people I dealt with here so they got my business. Highly recommend. On day of install crew showed up on time (one hour drive to get from their warehouse to my house). Was able to do while back yard in one day. Found no discarded trash after... read more
I cannot say enough good things about Superior Fence of Jax. They installed our fence two years ago. Some of the posts had settled and we called. The lady answering the phone was so pleasant and the crew was sent out within a couple days to fix the issues. The crew that arrived on time was pleasant and efficient. There was no charge for the service. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to install fencing!
They put a metal fence up in our backyard and it was falling apart in less than a year. After agreeing it was a faulty product, they proceeded to give us a super high quote on a NEW fence to replace it. GARBAGE. Do NOT recommend.
Would be 5 stars if not for price. Yet lumber (like everything else) has gone up considerably. Their communication was terrific, installers did a terrific job. Would definitely recommend Superior

We had our fence installed less than a year ago for approximately 8 thousand dollars. Vinyl fence is cracking Where joints meet in multiple locations. I being told this isnt covered under warranty and that we may have hit it with something. Gate isnt used because we have 3 and the cracks are in multiple locations where joints meet. Was offered a quote for repair
