Brendan and Jason installed the fence/gate at our house. They were very polite and communicative; every step was explained and all options were given to me before work was started. Their workmanship was precise and solid. And now our dog can enjoy the backyard!

This is for INSTALLATION ONLY: Ernesto and his crew were awesome!!!! My husband was happy with his attention to detail and meticulous oversight. This is rare in this day and time. EXCELLENCY!!!!!

Just had my fence installed yesterday and i couldn't be happier with the finished product. We walked my property in the morning and had some concerns about my sprinklers but Korey said there would be no concerns about it and everything worked perfectly when i got home from work. The gate looks awesome and opens and locks easily. The entire crew was very nice and talkative when i was around. Zach the owner still won't contact me and will not take responsibility for damaging my irrigation and pay for the repairs to the irrigation company. Even though he states in his text response that they DO pay as a courtesy. Kinda conflicting don't you think. Honesty is huge to me in a company. These people arent. Owner responded back to me and gave a refund for the repairs. However, it's sad how much I had to go through to get the money I deserved.

I’m sorry that you had this issue with your irrigation. We make every reasonable attempt to explain to our customers that irrigation lines are difficult, if not impossible to locate. It’s clearly stated in our contract, and we require explicit customer acknowledgement of understanding, that we are not responsible for damage to irrigation. The team arrived on time. I only planned to have a portion of my fence repaired but after the team arrived I realized it would be best to complete entire fence line. After a call to office and delivery of extra supplies my fence was finished. Supervisor was professional and team members courtesy. Top notch work, highly recommend

I have worked with many fence subcontractors when I was working for a General Contractor, Superior out performs them all by far. As a homeowner, I called them to replace my fence in the backyard. The day they started, I happened to come home around a 1/2 hour after they started. They had three (3) men working on my fence; supervisor and 2 helpers. They finished in less than 3 hours. Great experience all around. Part of our fence was damaged during Irma so we decided to give Superior a shot. They were booked out a couple week for estimates which was to be expected. David called the morning of the scheduled estimate to see if he could come by early in order to get to as many people as he could. That was no problem as he just gave me a call with a question he had once at the house. I thought the estimate was fair for so we decided to schedule an install. My fence was installed today by Superior Fence & Rail. At first, I had to wait month and half for installation, but it was worth. At the end I received excellent service . Supervisor, Mr. Medina walk me through the process of installation and made sure that all measurements and everything else is right. He and his crew made excellent job with my backyard. My recent experience with this company is similar to the review dated on Jan 18, 16 by Coulson. I called many times and left messages to ask for the estimate, they never returned my calls. In a rare occasion that someone answered the phone, she could not find my estimate because it was not in their system! She said someone would call me back but that also did not happen. I honestly don't know how they could stay in business with such bad customer service. Very unprofessional!
