Everything went smoothly & vehicle was ready when he thought it would. Also it was very easy to get the rental/loaner.
So I’ve dealt with many Lexus dealerships and I will say this is the least organized one. They were my least favorite one to deal with as they made my experience ordering a gx near impossible. Bernard was essentially our first person to deal with when ordering the car and not only was he late, he was unapologetic, told me we were mistaken on having an appointment to begin with and very rude.
