Greeted with a smile when I drove in. Shane had my information ready and a loaner car prepared for me. Small wait time while Shane finished with prior client. Service was completed in time allotted. And my car was nicely washed. Win win.

I had a flat cell in my car. Jason arranged Lexus AAA to come to my house to jump start the car to get to the dealership (fyi regular jumper cables do not fit on a Lexus Hybrid)
