I always receive kind, professional service at Superstition Springs Lexus. Myron, my service manager, is great at communicating information about services needed and pricing. Although taking your vehicle to any dealership isn't usually your cheapest option, I trust the Lexus professionals to correctly service my LX570.

The service was on time. However they didn't put a sticker for my next service and my car sat while I waited and when i finally got in my car the keys were not there and the plastic was still covering my seat Myron tried his best to get me out quickly. One bad experience would not stop me from coming back and hopefully my next experience will be as usual and this was an exception.

I received the same excellent service from Shane HIcks that I have gotten used to and was completely satisfied. Also, I appreciate the car wash.
