i did not know in advance that Lexus was charging 3% to pay with my credit card. Luckily, I had my debit card with me. I would expect this charge at the nail spa or the hair dresser , but not at Lexus. How to fix this issue: 1) Please add information about this 3% charge to the recording we all listen to while we are on hold. 2) A HIGHLY VISIBLE SIGN ( not a 2 inch by 3 inch sign on the advisors desk ) 3) an email blast to all customers

Our service guy was great. The fact that they charge 3%when you use a credit card was outrageous. Hard to do business with a company like that. There are other options.
