Working with Shane is great. I've had both shoulders replaced, one twice as late as last November. Shane always makes sure the car wash team cleans the inside of my windshield, something I hope to be able to do late this year. Having a loaner car during the servicing of my GX460 is really appreciated. Some service expenses are more expensive than anticipated, but the professionalism shown by all makes it worth it.
