I came here as I did not have a good service experience at the Lexus dealer where I purchased my 2025 RX 350. Here at Superstition Springs I dealt with Jason Briggs in service. He took care of me, the service was in the time line he promised and the car was delivered back to me looking good. It was a good experience.

i liked that my advisor told the techs to stay out of my glove box i have had to put my car registration and personal papers into a bag when i go there because of this invasive practice and the car wash was nice too I find it very cheezy that a Lexus dealer will charge 3% for credit card usage Are we at the nail salon or hairdresser or a luxury dealer ship ??? The rep does a good job of pointing it out though
