Computer tech couldn't fix problem with seat but mechanics got the job done.

Service was great as usual. My car tech is the best! I arrived for my appointment and was greeted and given information on my car and what was being done. I had a ride but the waiting area is nice and is well stocked with snacks and drinks.

Not the most customer-friendly, even when you have an appointment. Let me say that when you tell a customer something will be done, and it isn't, it leaves them unhappy. I was told that since my windshield was being replaced, the dealership would make sure my car was washed prior to the replacement. This sounds wonderful, right? Except when you pick up, and your car is still dirty, and you can't wash for 5 days. Not to mention, my service consultant seemed annoyed by my mere presence.
