Car was washed when service was completed. Everything else was completed in a timely manner even though it was very busy that day.

I really appreciate how nice everyone is at the Lexus dealership. Sometimes the wait is longer than anticipated but I always get treated well. It's a nice feeling environment there and my car looked great after getting washed and felt great knowing the most important repairs were taken care of.

Yes, Our salesman worked very hard with us to put a deal together. Everyone involved in the sale did a great job. My only disappointment was that the detail department was supposed to fill the gas tank and they did not. I didn't realize it until I was three exits past the facility and did not want to turn around.
