Superb. From the time I dropped car off for battery change out to when I met service rep inside. He went over everything with me plus more, and when vehicle was done he explained everything about my bill and had a video sent me of what the mechanic suggested to maintain at my 50K maintenance schedule. I would differently recommend them and would take my vehicle back anytime.

They found a problem with the battery while doing other service and replaced it under warranty. Snacks and drinks were good too.

Service was excellent. Chris Bates was friendly and efficient! Since the service was going to take a couple of hours, he ordered a Lyft ride to take me home and when the service was complete, he called, then ordered another Lyft ride from my home back to the dealership to pick up my car. My wife was especially glad to not have to run me back and forth. Very convenient! My car was immaculate after they washed it!
