"Spent the entire day there for brake pad replacement. " Had an appointment for 12:45. Left the murano there for brake pad replacement and went to lunch, returned at 2:00 pm and they had not even started the work. very long day over 5 hour wait.

"Sherry the lady at the front was very rude " Sherry told me they couldn’t do my oil change because they were too busy. And that no one could take me home if I could wait 2 hours approx then it was possible. I agree to wait and they ended up taking me home and doing my oil chance. It seems to me that I could have been done but she didn’t want to bother. It may be just her this time but is always something...
"Warranty Work" The entire process was easy and accommodating. . From dropping the car off to the information passed back to me. Nice clean area also. Kept informed at all times.
"Good experience" I also worked a sales guy named Travis he was great with me and the need to keep an eye on 3 kids in the kids area he accommodated me by seating at a table in the concession area so I could keep an eye on the 3 kids. Thank you!
