"Most deceptive experience of any car that I have purchased " The sales manager was not honest in the sale of the car . I purposely picked out a car off of CAR GURUS to avoid the entire negotiating experience. I contacted the dealership about the car and confirmed the price. I made an appointment to go in and purchase the car. The car was still in the show room when I arrived, and was not allowed to drive the car that I purchased. "Service on 1999 Nissan Maxima" This car needed a great deal of service but Sherrie Hosch and Andy Shafer Tech did a great job of servicing this car. This is a car that is 19 years old and in great condition thanks to Andy Shafer and Sherrie Hosch!

"service" exceptional customer service, miss Sherry was really helpful. Auto tech explain in dept what was done to my car and help me understand every thing.
"service" The advisor was very nice and professional. However, servicing the car took long even though I had made an early apt - 7:30 am. Also, one of the issues I brought the car in for (tire pressure sensor) was not fixed even though it was reset. No sooner I left the building the sensor started blinking again. I do not have time to take it back this month.
