"Bought new car " I was greeted by a sales associate as soon as I entered the dealership. I was asked the appropriate questions and then was taken to test drive a couple cars. I did not feel pressured or bombarded in any way. My nedds were taken into consideration.
"Genuine Service Advisors" I know Ms. Sherry is the best service advisor in the shop. She is on top of her game from the time you walk in the door until you pick up your vehicle. Always, expresses how much she loves my SUV.

"Excellent Service" Had to have my Rogue towed to them on a Friday night at 7 pm. they got me back in business Saturday early afternoon. They explained everything they were trying during their assessment and treatment me with courtesy and professionalism.

"Mostly good with one really bad" This end of lease experience started off fine. Then I called and had the worst customer service experience with Ramzi. He was rude and evasive and completely selfish to me, a disabled customer. However, Billy Myer made it all better in the end.
