"EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE " I had an appointment on Saturday to service my car. I was met at Service by a full staff of service consultants. While waiting for my rep, Brandon, to finish with his customer, Gil offered to start my checkin rather than have me wait. My wait in the lounge (w/coffee and cookies!) was less than expected and checkout was friendly, quick and easy. "great place to buy a vehicle" Sylvester Gary was an excellent salesman. He wasn't pushy, asked us questions, he brought 5 or 6 SUV'S down for us to look at and never complained. If I was going to buy another vehicle, I'd buy it from Sylvester Gary again.
"Outstanding employees at the center" Overall good experience . Not all staff members there are fair and take the customer's interest in nto consideration. So I choose not to go to some of them. "A Mixed Review" First the positive: people are very friendly and helpful, waiting area is pleasant Not so positive: my Rogue was leaking rain water on to the floor on the driver's side. I took my car in 2 weeks earlier and they worked on it for 3 hours. Still leaked. This time it took 6.5 hours. I think Nissan should have designed the water runoff line from the sunroof in such a way that this problem would never happen. Now I am out over $550 for what I would call a design flaw. "My current service agent does a fantastic job!" My last few visits to Nissan's service dept. have been great. Gil is very efficient, professional, and really makes me feel comfortable knowing my vehicle is being taken care of. The waiting area is very comfortable with plenty of space and refreshments. "2016 Altima w/Transmission Problem" This location took me right in, and gave me a loaner car, and repaired my transmission. My car is still under warranty, so it was a blessing for me!
