"The Best Customer Service" We always see Brooks Rezmer when we go in for oil changes, tire rotations and other services. He's the best!! He always takes great care of our car and knows our family since we've been having our vehicles serviced at Sutherlin for the past 10 years.

"My experience " My visit at sutherlin service center was excellent. I also tried to inquire about a car on the lot and salesman Ramzi give me very poor customer service. My experience dealing with him made me not want to purchase a vehicle at the dealership.
"great value" Sutherlin Nissan has been a refreshing difference to the usual dealerships that just want your money. They seem to really care that you find what you are looking for.
"Oil change." Customer service was friendly. Service was prompt and completed in a timely manner. Checking out was swift and friendly. The price of the oil change was expensive. But I will return.
"Scheduled service" I have used Sutherland Nissan Mall go GA for service since I purchased my 2016 Rogue 2 years ago. Everyone and everything is top notch...except for being asked to complete a survey each time.
"Repair for windshield wiper fluid" Very quick as I was on my lunch break and they accommodated for that which was very appreciated. My only issue is that we never received a call when the part was in. I called two weeks after the original service to check on the part.
"Quick and painless" This dealership was so easy to trade in our car. We ended up getting a great deal on a 2018 that was within our budget. They don’t push anything you can’t afford on you and are respectful of your preferences.
