"Nesrin Was Amazing" Nesrin Sabbagh was the absolute best! I came in with a few ideas of what I wanted. She sat with me and really simplified the sales process by putting my needs first. By far the best purchasing experience! She is a five star! She taught me everything I needed to know about how to operate my vehicle and even set up my Bluetooth. She’s the best!!! Ask for Nesrin!!!!
"Severely overcharged" I went in for a 60,000 mile service on my Murano I purchased at Sutherlin. I waited while the service was completed. Arrived at 1015am and left approximately 1:30pm. Service was completed in approximately 3 hours. Labor charge was over $440.00. Total bill was approx $725.00. UNBELIEVABLE. I was in a rush to leave and did not look close at the bill until I got home. Totally disgusted with the cost of this service.
"Great peop" My experience was great at Sutherlin Nissan everyone had great customer service an I wou recommend family an friends to come there Ms Stabbagh did a excellent job showing me how to work all the features on my new Sentra thanks u guys
"Transmission" Though my car was slightly beyond the warranty, Larry from Service and Sutherlin Nissan in general were very helpful and my transmission was replaced free of charge, Very thankful for all of their help!

"Went in for scheduled maintenance and received a new tirew" I’m very grateful for the excellent service received. I came in for scheduled maintenance and tire inspection and rotation. I was told by Sherry my tire was plugged and would need a new tire because of its placement.
