"Nice service" I received a great device at the dealership and I would recommend it to others. I am looking forward to come back there for next purchase as the staff were knowledgeable and orofessional.
"Oil change and issues" Gil was very helpful with making the appointment and getting my issue of a gas smell scheduled. It remains to be seen is replacing the fuel pump fixed the issue. There is still a strong smell of gas.
"5,000miles service" Sherry was very helpful, friendly and thorough. She helped me get a 2nd key for my car that was failed to be given to me at the time of putchase.

"Great people and service, very cost effective" Great people and service, very cost effective, they completed work quicker than they told me. They have a great customer waiting lounge and clean restrooms. Very comfortable.
"Good service but left me hanging." The service was prompt, cost effective, and did what needed to be done. HOWEVER, when I got home, I noticed that they did not reset the "Maintenance Needed" announcement. Its a 60-mile roundtrip to get it reset, so I'll have to put up with it for a while.
"average" I dealt with Larry he was nice at first but when I called the following week to get the cost of the repair so I could pick up the vehicle he was a little short. He said it is the same price I told your husband and I informed him he didn't have to be rude. He said I'm not I thought I was very nice and I said no you are not. I asked him if they had done the oil change and the recall on the vehicle and he said there is no recall on the vehicle which there is he informed me there was one when we dropped the vehicle off... read more

"The Best Customer Service" We always see Brooks Rezmer when we go in for oil changes, tire rotations and other services. He's the best!! He always takes great care of our car and knows our family since we've been having our vehicles serviced at Sutherlin for the past 10 years.
