"Car Service" Great service as always. Cashier was very friendly and helpful as well, I can't remember her name though. Waiting for my paint pen to come in was out of stock at the time.
"Great Service!" I bought my car used from Sutherlin Nissan and I’m so glad I did! I always bring it back there for oil changes and tire rotation. You can set up reminders for when your car is due and appointments can be made on your phone in just a few minutes. I’m usually able to schedule an appointment the night before and be seen the very next morning. "Easy In/Easy Out" My car handle broke leaving me with the difficulty of getting in and out the driver's door. I went into the Service area, unannounced, and Brooks was extremely helpful detailing the part cost and labor. I asked if I needed to make an appointment or leave my car and he responded if I had a few minutes they would get to the situation and I would be back on the road. They did a great job and I was back on the highway.
"Great Service, Great Service Tech" Called and set up appointment with Gil and he did everything he said he would and in the time he said he would. I appreciate not being told a half hour when it will really take an hour. Got back a clean car with the service finished perfectly. Thank you Gil~
"Murano" My initial experience was not good because I felt pressured by Ramzsi. Ryan immediately took the lead and led me to Porscha who sold me the car. At first I was not going to purchase because I felt pressured. That was all taken away and I felt as if I had options.. She really made me feel comfortable and Ryan took the lead and made it happen.
"Fast and convenient" Had a great visit, had office area for me to work while it was only a quick wait. Also have a great car wash at no cost
"Great Experience" I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Sutherland Nissan. Larry my service assistant was courteous, kind, and quick. He helped predict my asks, and got me in and out quickly! Great Job!!!
"DIssatisfied with hidden costs" I mentioned that the tires on the car they were selling me looked old and needed to be replaced and that one tire was very low, they filled up the tire with air. before I left I noticed it was missing the tire stem cap, they drove it back to the shop and on the same tire that was low put a cap on it. 2 days later I found a screw in that tire. They couldn't have seen that after working on that tire twice? When we sat down to do the paper work they hit me with $4000.00 extra in hidden fees, not... read more
