"Profit vs customer care" The service department took two months to repair my vehicle radio. But I would recommend the sales department. Sales manager said he would replace my radio. Salesman and finance department were excellent. Owned car two days when radio went out. Svc department didn’t want to spend the $4,300 to replace it. Due to profit.....I can understand stand but not appreciate length of time. Some times you need to follow sales managers agreemet and bit the bullet.

"The Best" Your dealership makes everything very easy. It was a quick 90 seconds to make the appointment online, we were greeted when we walked in and Oliver made sure we were in an out before we finished our soda and snack. Also I had my 16 year old daughter walk in and work with Oliver so she would know what to do the next time she had to have my SUV serviced. Everyone treated her like the customer and showed the utmost respect. This kind of service will our your business next time.
