"Above and Beyond" I came in for some mechanical issues after they fixed my vehicle the staff found another issue and let me come back after the weekend to fix my other issue to save me an unnecessary extra charge. "Prompt, good service." Got there a little early and was taken in right away. Will be back when I need my next service. Larry was very nice and kept me up to date.

"Excellent Service" The service department at Sutherlin is excellent. They have everything in their computer and it is always easy and quick. Oil change and tire rotation took about an hour, which is excellent.

He knew it was my first visit so he gave me a tour so I’d know where everything was. He kept me informed and alerted me of current specials. I will be an ongoing customer!
"Always Consistent" I have been servicing my Nissan at this dealership since it was new in 2011. Using coupons for oil changes makes it affordable and applying accrued credit to other services helps as well. They have seemed to keep my car running for 9 years and counting.
