"Recall fix " Everyone was wonderful and the length of time I waited was minimal. They looked over my car and replaced my brakes and surprisingly didn’t cost me a fortune. I was told 3 hour wait to fix recall and I was done in 2. This included unexpected brake repair and car wash. I was very impressed
"Great service!" Brooke Stephen Rezmer is outstanding when it comes to customer service. He makes sure the job gets done and done right. I also had dealings with Oliver who was helpful too.
"Car radio" It took two (2) months of trips to the service center, and three (3) radio replacements before my defective radio was repaired. Was beginning to feel the dealer had my vehicle more than myself. I was given a replacement two times in all of this.
"Always great service from brooks" Always gets great service from your crew . Brooks let’s me know in every detail and he always gives me and up date with my truck
"Great service " I always have great service when I take my vehicles to Sutherlin Nissan. The service rep Sherry is very curious and professional. She always explains the process. The mechanic does a outstanding job. What I really appreciate is that they don’t try to sale unnecessary maintenance.
"maintenance" My auto was due for an oil change and routine 45,000 mile service. Staff is courteous and knowlegable. It took about 1 1/2 hour for total visit. No complaints.
"Excellent" Awesome visit for service. Serv adv was nice accommodating and professional. Work was done in timely manner and done well. Could not have gone better. My vehicle was even washed without me asking. Everyone in service area was friendly.
"Great service in a beautiful dealership" Gil is an awesome service rep and helped me get my vehicle repaired quickly and efficiently. The shuttle driver was also awesome and we’re from the same hometown all the way in Michigan! Excellent experience!
"Exceed my expectations and did great" Awesome Job and my salesman was amazing and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Chino was patient and helpful and never made me feel pressured to buy.
