"Good experience" They were very busy in the service department when I showed up. I did not have an appointment but accommodated my need anyway. They gave me a ride back to my home and picked me up later the same day. Everyone was very nice. Sherry went above and beyond in explaining what had to be done and when it would be completed.
"Brooks is awesome!" Brooks is awesome, he always tends to my needs and makes sure all of my requests and expectations are met accordingly. He’s a value to Nissan
"Salesmen patient and listened" Bill listened and was very patient to help find me a car that meet my needs. We test drove multiple cars and he observed and asked questions to figure out which car was best for me.
"Friendly service department " Sherry was very friendly and my car was serviced (oil change) quickly. They provided me with a complete list of items they expected and told me what items that need service
"Great service " I always receive great service when I go to Sutherlin Nissan. They are very professional and have great prices . Sherry is an excellent service lady. She always gives me the updates and services I need to keep my vehicle running properly .
"Purchasing a certified Nissan used car" I first viewed the car online and then went to the dealer to see it and drive it. The car was just as presented online, and I basically got the price that was quoted. The salesman were very friendly and knowledgeable and the finance person was also very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership even though I live a little over an hour away. It was worth the drive!
"Great customer service" Everyone I encountered in the service department was excellent. Service was also fast even with the complimentary hand washed car. Will definitely come back to Sutherlin for future service needs!
"Tire Service" Sherry my Service Rep is very consistent and service oriented !!! We are a Nissan family and we get all of our vehicles serviced by Mall of GA Nissan.
