"Very Nice" Sutherlin Nissan provides great customer service in their service center. They offer a relaxing waiting area with both tv’s and computers. Gil was helping me with my vehicle needs. He was great! He was very kind, friendly, and has a welcoming smile. Nice experience.
"Great Atmosphere/people and service dept." I waited for an oil change and tire rotation at Mall of GA Nissan. Sherry and all the service personnel are friendly and willing to assist you. Service was done in a timely fashion which I loved and I enjoyed sitting in the customer lounge. Thank you
"They really looked out for us!" I wanted a new car but it was not in our budget. We were going to leave an keep looking but Vinny was determined to help us find something we wanted and were comfortable with. He consulted Billy and they showed us a beautiful limited edition 2016 Maxima in our price range. This car is so sexy and I feel amazing in it! Thank you guys for making us happy customers!!!
"Awesome Customer Service" Brooks provided excellent customer service upon arrival and informed me of the services that are coming due. When it was time to check out he went over everything that was done. He was very professional and patient with my questions.
"Great service as always " Dropped my vehicle off to Sutherland Nissan at the Mall of GA for some brake service. They were great! Very prompt to get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner.
"2018 Nissan Frontier purchase" My only complaint is that the dealership did not have a Frontier with a manual transmission in stock. I prefer manual transmissions. Please don't try to sell me things like window tint, fabric protector, or tire nitrogen.
"Service" I had a routine oil change and tire rotation, and was decided I need to have filters changed. They were not able to do recall work, so will need to return it for a 3 hr period to complete the work. Very professional, knowledgable and did service timely.
"Pleasantly surprised " We visited Sutherlin Nissan after walking out of World Toyota (they wouldn’t budge $500 until after we left). We ate lunch and regrouped, and decided to look at Sutherlin for a Pathfinder. We were greeted at the door and directed to meet with Sylvester, our salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all he was not condescending as so many car salesmen can be (as we most definitely had experienced at World Toyota). "The BEST in customer service." I could have not being more happy with the first class service at this dealership. My husband brought our truck to checkout what was wrong with our gate and because they don’t do those type of services on the weekend, Ms. Sherry made arrangements for us to be able to bring it during the week. Her service and accommodations were a blessing to us! We could have not been more happy and impressed with the service. Highly recommend!
