"Oil change" I used this dealer for my oil change and other repairs I need for my Nissan Rogue. Very nice people, quick service, close to my place.
"Typical used car experience" Phillip, the salesman I dealt with was nice and friendly. He seemed very willing to go out of his way to help us. The sales manager, Billy ended up involved as I was there to buy 2 cars (both in the $15,000 range). I also let them know I would be buying a third "higher end" car in the near future. "Great service dept." Service was great. I went in to see if I could trade Sylvester was great. From there on it wasn't. The appraisal was not.
"Very good" Larry hecht was curtious and thorough. I wish they had washed my car as usual but oh, well. Also, my battery terminal problem fixed but my settings were not saved so it took me 30 mins to save my seat, phone, and radio settings. Otherwise great work and very curtious.
"Undisclosed Used Car Inspection Fee" I arrived at the dealership through making an appointment to test drive a car that was advertised on Car GURUs and True Car at a specific price and dealer fee. When I decided to purchase, a new "Used Car Inspection Fee" in the amount of $1195 appeared and they were unwilling to budge on that fee. AND there was a $600 dealer fee and $245 fee for tag, etc. It appeared based on the popularity of the vehicle that they believed they could have received more for the car than the price I walked... read more
"Fast, efficient, great!" Excellent and quality service, very effective, efficient and friendly. My car was ready at the time they had promise and they very proactive in calling me and keeping me updated.
