"Rude service rep" Customer service representative was very rude moment of service for no reason. Can’t complain about the actual service done to the vehicle only the customer rep.
"New Murano" Good experience purchasing a new Murano. Everyone there was nice and let us eat from their employee catering since we were there over lunch. Very helpful helping me find a car that I wanted.
"Sales manager and sales agent very helpful. " Personnel were friendly and helpful not pushy. Some difficulty in getting to right person to talk to about completion of paperwork. This was for a Buick not a regular Nissan product so that might have been some of the communication issue.
"Lift gate issue" My lift gate would get stuck at different stages of closing. Larry got me in to get seen and was fixed in about 30 minutes. He was so friendly and explained what the issue was. I live in Alpharetta but would gladly drive to Buford to get the service he gives.
