"Finance Office is a nightmare" The car was appraised and the deal put together timely. The salesman was very helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable about the vehicle after only being there a short time. I then went into the finance office. Kurt was the finance manager and the process was not transparent at all. He first told me the payment would be $669.00 because he had automatically entered GAP and the highest level of warranthy there is. Maybe I didn;t want that?
