"Brooks Rezmer review" Wonderful person to work with, makes things easy, very informative regarding things that I need and work that needs to be done . Will continue to come here
"Regular service visit" Came in for an oil change. This service center never tries to sell services just to get extra money. Give me a heads up about what might be needed down the road but never hard sells. Always honest about what is needed right now and what could wait.
"Service " The service writing department seems under staffed. I think the experience may have been better if it were fully staffed. Also I wasn’t greeted immediately.
"Wonderful Service " Each trip at Sutherlin Nissan Service department over the last 9 years have always been great. They are the reason I bought my second Murano. Sherry at the front desk is fabulous (I watch them as I don't have a lot to do while there 😆 ) and you can tell Sherry is in control.
"Good experience on new vehicle purchase" Was given the best price on our new vehicle in a very short time. Did not have to spend all day at the dealership haggling over price.
"Service" Had noise riding down the road on back right side. Thought it was damage from hitting a pot hole. It could have been multiple things but Techs were able to pinpoint to worn tires and not have to work on bearings, suspensions, etc.
"We jus purchased a vehicle!" They have very friendly and knowledgeable employees. We only had one problem. We were told the vehicle was in stock. After driving 90 minutes one way, we were told that meant It was enroute. I think there needs to be a better way of checking on lot inventory.
"Good friendly service." I had a great experience at Sutherland Nissan. The sales staff, especially Diego, and the management staff were very helpful and attentive. I would recommend them to friends and family.
"Will only deal with Brooks. " Brooks has taken care of me from the first time I walked into the service area. If he is not available on the day I need, I wait for another day to come in...
