"Nice experience" Nice people not pushy. They get you out quickly but not in a hurry. Once we told the finance man we didn't want the extra warranty he said OK and moved on.
"My Service Rep was the best!" Ordered the service on line and got there at 7:30 am and was taken care right away. Gil was my rep and he did a fine job! I told him I needed to be out by 8:45 to get to work and he made sure that I was.
"excellent experience" Everything was excellent. Have already recommended to several people to contact Sutherlin when looking for a vehicle. I appreciate Fisher Olliff in seeing to it he found the desired vehicle and Vinh Tran is closing the deal in a most expeditious manner. Kudos to these two men.
"Diego and Kurt" Diego and Kurt were very helpful in buying our new vehicle! They were both patient and understanding in what our needs were. However, we also dealt with another sales manager named Alex when Kurt was busy. We almost did not purchase the vehicle because of the attitude that Alex had. We explained what are Max was that we were able to pay per month and in his words, "I need to educate you". This is a very short encounter which caused us to leave the showroom. "Quick Service" I arrived 20 minutes early for a late Saturday afternoon oil change appointment. They took my car right in and got me out quickly. They didn't pressure me for "other things" I have to take care of. I don't usually like using dealerships, but so far my experience with Sutherlin Nissan Mall of GA has been very good.
"Low pressure, informative." Good selection, knowledgeable salesman that was patient and answered our questions. Never felt the pressure to make an uniformed decision. They also met our price expectations.
"Excellent Service as Usual" We've brought our vehicle here since it was new in 2002. Sherry, our service rep. continues to provide fantastic service along with the technicians.
"Excellent and fast " I did a trade and was completely done and out of the dealership in 2.5 hours. I got a great deal on a new Nissan NV 3500 and they gave me top dollar on my trade. I am happy with the service I received from Phillip. He answered all my questions and was very nice and considerate of my family that was waiting.
"Quick " I arrived on time and was out in an hour. Service manager very nice. Free water and snacks nice touch. Second time there. Both times good.
