As Eccleshare Court/Swanholme Court, the home required improvement, the response to this seems to have been mainly to change the home's name and manager. As a caring daughter of a resident who lives locally, I do not believe I am kept well informed about what is happening to my mother. The size and quality of my mother's room leaves a lot to be desired and the cost as a self-funding user is much higher than for other users which seems grossly unfair.
