Mum said she was treated very well and felt special. All staff are extremely kind, looked after her pet budgie which made the experience like home. Only negative feedback is mum was quite confused, probably not enough water given and taking a while to get walking again (as before respite) Also, no shower given, Mum refused. Gentle encouragement would have been nice for just once in nine days.

The care and kindness shown to my mother and family over the last thirteen months was excellent - especially the end of life care. Unfortunately, due to the progression of her dementia, Mum was unable to access/engage with many of the activities/events organised. We received a warm welcome from all the staff and mum always had a smile for them. A great team who deserve much praise.

The care that my mother receives at Swanholme Court was amazing. It surpassed our expectations. All the staff treated her with such care and dignity and she was very happy and settled there. The cleanliness of the place was always excellent.

I am very pleased with the house and staff. You have made my Step Dad feel safe and comfortable. I have seen the activity afternoon and was most impressed. Thank you to all the staff.

My mum has been in the home since September 2018 and we have been really happy with the care she's had. If we've had a problem, we have spoken to a member of staff and it has been sorted, staff are all lovely, pleasant and polite and willing to help. Mum was taken poorly over Christmas and since she's been back at the home, everyone has been brilliant and supportive, doing regular checks on mum and keeping us informed on everything.

I very much enjoyed my time in Swanholme Court visiting a friend who lives here. The residents were all content and happy in their home. It is a beautiful place and has a positive, welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this home to my family and friends. The staff were also very friendly and polite.

Under the previous owners the property was tired and the care for some a little patchy. However, the improvement is marked. The staff are wonderful, caring and always keep me informed about my Mothers health. She is clearly very well looked after - the atmosphere happy and positive. I am very confident leaving my Mother, who suffers from advanced dementia, in their care. Visitors are made very welcome and the redecorating is great.

First impressions clean, friendly atmosphere, room size for Mum accommodating with own shower and washing facilities, staff always on hand, cheerful and friendly, activities most days where residents can join in. All in all, Mum is happy and content, as are all members of her family.
