I rent an apartment with a beautiful waterfront view that I enjoy everyday. The overall experience of living here at City Center is a good one. Kathleen and Rebeca in the office are very courteous. Carlos is always prompt to response to any of the needs that may arrise in the maintenance of my apartment.

BEWARE! Money hungry people. DO NOT PAY TO STAY HERE! Office managers tells maintenance workers “don’t let residents know that they need something fixed” because they don’t want to pay They just send maintenance workers out to your unit, tap a few things, and check off that your maintenance request has been completed. It’s been over 4months since we moved in and our a/c still hasn’t been fixed. Every time maintenance comes, they say “it’s already been fixed”.
management is very inconsiderate of your time and their responsibilities. their answer always is " we don't work like that" Rules are bend to their advantage and you, as a Tenant are at a disadvantage always on the losing end of time, money and patience.
Maintenance issues are not addressed properly , since I moved in to one of the communities my air conditioning has been broken and their maintenance personnel just come out put Freon and weeks later it is broken again. My bathroom floor is sinking and the maintenance personnel just came out up a piece of board on top of the broken floor to just cover up the damage. This is no way to run a business. Customer satisfaction should be a priority and it sure is not with this company
I am very unhappy! They took 3 weeks to give me my lease, and are trying to charge me $100 more a month! Then they said I was supposed move in 4 days earlier to get that rate. No one told me! This is not fair to me, and they should honor the price quoted to me on 10/01. I paid all the fees on 10/05. I know a lot of people in south Florida, and I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone unless they make things right.
