I rent an apartment with a beautiful waterfront view that I enjoy everyday. The overall experience of living here at City Center is a good one. Kathleen and Rebeca in the office are very courteous. Carlos is always prompt to response to any of the needs that may arrise in the maintenance of my apartment.

WARNING WARNING WARNING! Me and my husband lived there for 3years and I can say that this company is REALLY REALLY BAD! They charged us $1,500 for the damages that didnt happen during our tenancy. ALL THEY CARE FOR IS MONEY MONEY MONEY. Do not rent there! I have all the photos and videos as a proof of thier wrong move out assessment. NOT RECOMMENDED!

am writing this review out of great frustration regarding the condition of my new condominium and the unresponsiveness of Symphony Residential in handling a serious maintenance issue. I received the keys to my unit on May 23, 2025, and began moving in on May 24, 2025. The very next day, on Sunday, May 25, the air conditioning unit failed and began blowing hot air. Terrible!!! Tengo la nevera dañada desde hace más de 8 días, un día enfria y al otro no, mandaron a un técnico y cerraron la solicitud como si hubieran arreglado pero NADA, toda mi comida se daño por el calor,,, no lo recomendaría nunca

BEWARE! Money hungry people. DO NOT PAY TO STAY HERE! Office managers tells maintenance workers “don’t let residents know that they need something fixed” because they don’t want to pay They just send maintenance workers out to your unit, tap a few things, and check off that your maintenance request has been completed. It’s been over 4months since we moved in and our a/c still hasn’t been fixed. Every time maintenance comes, they say “it’s already been fixed”.

management is very inconsiderate of your time and their responsibilities. their answer always is " we don't work like that" Rules are bend to their advantage and you, as a Tenant are at a disadvantage always on the losing end of time, money and patience.

Maintenance issues are not addressed properly , since I moved in to one of the communities my air conditioning has been broken and their maintenance personnel just come out put Freon and weeks later it is broken again. My bathroom floor is sinking and the maintenance personnel just came out up a piece of board on top of the broken floor to just cover up the damage. This is no way to run a business. Customer satisfaction should be a priority and it sure is not with this company
