Best salon in Boise! I've been going to Graeber and Company for two years now and plan on staying with the salon for many more. The salon is always so clean and well organized. The staff is so polite and smiling. I feel so relaxed and happy when I'm there because of all the positive energy. The hair stylist of my choice is the beautiful Mary-Selena. I go here to see Mary-Selena. She has been doing my hair for a few years and does an AMAZING job. She cuts a great pixie and has dyed my hair several colors, all of them amazing. Now that I'm growing it out she's finding great in-between styles for me. Somehow when she bleaches and colors my hair, I feel no damage and my hair is still soft and manageable and easy to style. And Graeber is an Aveda salon, and Aveda products are awesome (and smell so gooood!) go check out Mary, she's awesome.

Brandon (at Graeber & Co.) is the best pure Barber I've encountered anywhere in the U.S., E.U. or Asia. He is the embodiment of perfection in what has largely been a lost art. I've had hundreds of cuts at Aveda Salons, but this one blew Beverly Hills and the Upper East Side of Manhattan away...by miles and miles. If you have to fly into Boise to experience this perfection, you had damn well best do it. Get busy livin' before you take the dirt nap!

I had the best massage experience on 8/8/15 by Katy at Graeber & Company. She worked on my neck back and shoulders for 90 min and by the end my migraine was gone. She checked in on pressure and made sure I knew what she was doing the whole time. Very therapeutic!! I will come in bi-monthly now to make sure I always feel this good and my migraines stay away. Thank you Katy and Graeber & Company. This salon takes great care of me...go see them :)

I am in town for a wedding. I called on short notice to see if I could get a shampoo and style. The man who set my appointment (and checked me out at the end was quite dear about finding someone who could fit me in. He set an appointment for me with Taylor. My lucky day! I have thick curly hair and Taylor didn't bat an eye. Not only that but he explained what he was doing each step. He's a terrific stylist with a great future. I went in for a cut and highlights. I brought a picture of what I wanted (nothing outrageous!) I spent almost $300 and I left looking NOTHING like the photo! I expressed my disappointment and was told "next time we can make it look like the photo". Um, no, I didn't spend that kind of money for next time! And there will not be a next time!!! Very disappointing...

This place is a disaster. They charge such exorbitant prices for mediocre to substandard service. I went there for a haircut, halfway through the stylist told me she actually didn't feel comfortable doing men's hair (so why accept the booking??), then they had to call in a senior barber immediately to try salvage the situation. And they kept me waiting 3 hours total. Do yourself a favor, there are plenty of salons, go somewhere else.

I was dreaming of the perfect hairstyle as I finally gave in, stopped coloring and let my gray shine through. The best (healthiest for hair) way to do it was to cut it short and grow it back in. The first stylist I went to at Graeber was a new stylist and, after the third try, I had to ask for someone with more experience. I asked for some layers but instead ended up with some weird bi-level and each attempt to correct it just made it worse. Then I found Thomas.
