Mediocre at best. The haircut was subpar. The stylist started to cut hair, then asked someone else to "do the hard part." I have gotten better haircuts at hole in the wall barber shops in South America. But the staff is rather friendly.

Worst gel manicure / pedicure I have ever had. I received a gift card from Graeber and Company at my bridal shower and decided to use it for the manicure pedicure for my wedding. It took over two and a half hours and it was chipping within a week. Gel usually lasts three to four weeks without chipping for me. I'm really upset I wasted my gift card on such a lousy product. I won't be coming back for this service.

Shelby's credibility via public response leaves me wanting, so here are the details. I privately emailed the company 3/30, no response as of 4/4, so yes, I posted public reviews (but only FB, and Yelp, not sure why she'd throw in Google too), and I did so because they work, and Shelby responded 4/5 via email, which I responded to on 4/7, the same day she publicly responded here claiming she reached out "several times" and I was ignoring. Simply not true. In her email response, she sadly misspelled my name, claimed she couldn... read more

I love using Aveda product, and I like the location. That is why I have been going to this Salon for years. But recently, I had the worst experience with one of the new stylist (blond shoulder length hair with tattoos). I can't remember her name. She is not talented but she sure has anger management issues and self control. She is horrible at customer service. I was late about 15 minutes and she freaked out on me in front of everyone. She said that she will only do color since I am late. Which did not make any sense, because... read more

Graeber used to be a good salon. Emphasis on used to. Then, for some reason, the vast majority of their stylists defected en masse and left for other Boise salons. Not sure exactly why, but the results of this defection are clear-- Graeber's quality took the most severe, seemingly bottomless nosedive. The quality of men's cuts went from consistently excellent to consistently extremely inconsistent. The new range of quality is now poor to average at best. The rest of the services-- wash, rinse, style, that used to be asso... read more

BEWARE!!! I went to Brandon for a simple haircut and a little color to take out some of the gray. I told Brandon I was looking for more of a George Clooney salt and pepper color and would like a small trim, keeping some length. OMG! Not only did he completely botch the color, but he also went wild with the scissors and ended up giving me a look that is part Navy Seal and part Flock of Seagulls. While the owner refunded my money and offered store credit to fix the job, she wasn't interested in seeing just how bad Brandon l... read more

New to Boise from the big city and decided to give Graeber a try. They set me up with Mary Selena who they said had ten years of experience. She was nice but I didn't like her hair, I looked around and didn't like any of the beauticians hair. That was my first clue. i wanted a cut and partial weave like usual, my hair is a Jennifer Aniston color, long straight. seemed pretty straight forward. She spent over an hour blow drying my hair and styling it before cutting even though I told her I was a wash and go type. Its so... read more

Premium prices (for Boise), Great Clips quality The people are nice and the salon is clean. But those are not the reasons that you choose a salon. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that I would be with some girl at 2. I was glad that they could get me in so quickly. I then asked for their best barber as I am used to a top quality haircut from a top quality barber. They assured me that the girl that I was scheduled with was their top barber. Okay.... When I explained how I wanted my hair cut and what I was us... read more
