By no money down they mean 9 grand of closing costs on a 100k house. Even though we have great credit and specifically mentioned we wanted to pay as little down as possible. Complete rip off. Said they keep 90 percent of their loans but two weeks after we close they sell the loan to someone else. This is probably the worst place you could get a mortgage at.

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here. I felt as though I was talked down to and was told several different things from the start to the finish of the process. This was 6 years ago and we have not gone back for our loans with future purchases.
